Al Moosa Hospital is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility and integrates modern architectural design with complex MEPF systems to support world-class medical operations.

Our team delivered the complete BIM Modeling Package for the project at LOD 400 and LOD 500, covering all major disciplines including MEPF, Façade Modeling services. The models were developed in Autodesk Revit, with coordination and review performed using Navisworks to ensure clash-free, construction-ready deliverables.

At LOD 500 as-built modeling phase captured on-site conditions, revisions, and installation details to produce accurate digital twins of the final built environment. The BIM implementation for Al Moosa Hospital ensured precise coordination between all disciplines, streamlined the construction workflow, and established a reliable foundation for facility management and future maintenance planning.
