Appetite Bakery Unit

The Appetite Project by Almarai, located in Al Kharj, represents a major expansion of the company’s bakery production capabilities. Designed as a modern and efficient production unit, the facility integrates an Administration Building, Production Area, Utility Zone, and extensive Outdoor Infrastructure — all seamlessly modelled and coordinated through an advanced BIM process

Our scope covered the full BIM Package using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, delivering a highly detailed LOD 350 model. The work encompassed Architecture, Civil, Structure (ACS), MEPF, and Landscape disciplines, supporting both Structural and MEP Design development. The project featured a G+1 structure with PIR wall panels and roofing, blockwork partitions, and a complete steel structural system, ensuring durability and precision in every component.

Comprehensive deliverables included pre-tender documentation with detailed 3D visualizations, enabling clear coordination and early-stage decision-making. Spanning a total built-up area of 112,000 sqm and completed within a 3-month timeline, the project exemplifies efficient BIM execution and cross-disciplinary integration — reinforcing our commitment to technical excellence and industrial-scale precision.
