DAMAC Bay 2 by Cavalli is an ultra-luxury residential development located in Dubai Harbour, redefining seaside living with its iconic twin towers — rising 54 and 53 floors respectively — connected by a shared podium level.

Our team executed the complete BIM Package for the project using Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D, covering all disciplines including Architecture, Structure, Civil, MEPF, and Landscape. The scope included LOD 400 3D modeling, shop drawing documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination with other services to ensure a fully integrated and constructible model.

With a total built-up area of 158,000 sqm and a delivery timeline of 12–15 months, the project showcases our expertise in managing complex, high-rise developments through precise BIM execution, multi-discipline collaboration, and seamless coordination across all design stages.
