HYD 1 Data Centre

The HYD 1 Data Centre is a greenfield project located near NATCO Pharma Ltd., Hyderabad, India, designed to centralize IT operations including data storage, processing, and dissemination. Spanning a plot area of 87,412 sqm with a total built-up area of 63,016 sqm, this multi-floor facility includes critical infrastructure such as data halls, pump rooms, a sewage treatment plant, and a 220 KV substation.

Our BIM services supported the entire project lifecycle by delivering detailed models for Architecture, Civil, Structural, and MEP disciplines, enabling precise coordination and construction planning. Utilizing advanced BIM tools, we facilitated accurate clash detection, construction sequencing, and efficient management of systems including diesel generators, rainwater harvesting, and other utilities. The BIM models contributed to optimizing design execution, streamlining site development in phased construction, and ensuring adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements.
