HYD 2 Data Centre

For the HYD 2 Data Centre project in Hyderabad, our team delivered comprehensive BIM solutions at LOD 400 and LOD 500, covering the architecture, civil, structural (ACS) and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire (MEPF) disciplines. The project involved the development of high-detail digital models for the facility’s robust infrastructure, including data halls, power systems, cooling zones, and extensive support services.

Our BIM scope enabled fully coordinated design documentation, fabrication-level detailing, and accurate as-built modeling, supporting precise construction sequencing and efficient facility management. All models reflected the mission-critical standards CtrlS upholds for resilience, security, and disaster recovery, aligning with their Rated-4 specifications and green innovation initiatives.

By integrating complex ACS and MEPF systems through BIM, we empowered CtrlS to achieve optimal project delivery, future-proof operations, and best-in-class reliability for Hyderabad’s dynamic digital ecosystem.
