At The International Airport, our team had the privilege of contributing to one of Saudi Arabia’s most visionary developments by delivering the complete BIM modelling for the terminal pod fit-out package. Executed at LOD 400 and LOD 500, this project reflected the intersection of design excellence, precision engineering, and sustainable luxury — hallmarks of this flagship destination.

Our scope encompassed highly detailed modelling of all joinery elements, finish layers, and fixed furniture components, ensuring that every spatial and aesthetic aspect aligned perfectly with the design intent. Each terminal pod was meticulously modelled to reflect the airport’s distinctive architectural identity and its commitment to passenger comfort and sophistication. The LOD 400 and 500 models provided comprehensive construction-level detail, enabling seamless coordination across trades, precise shop drawing extraction, and informed decision-making during fabrication and installation.
