Jarir Headquarters

The Jarir Headquarters is a landmark mixed-use corporate development in Riyadh, comprising a 23-storey office tower, 4-storey showroom, 2 levels of retail space, 2 levels of lounge, and warehouse facilities for Jarir employees. Our team delivered the complete BIM Package for the project using Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D, covering disciplines acrossArchitecture, Structure, Civil, MEPF, and Landscape. The BIM scope included LOD 400 modeling and shop drawing documentation, ensuring full coordination and construction-ready outputs.

Spanning a total built-up area of 86,669 sqm and executed over 18 months, the project demonstrates our capability in handling large-scale, multi-disciplinary BIM implementations, providing high-precision 3D coordination, documentation, and model integration for complex mixed-use developments.
