For the Mumbai Data Centre project, our team delivered advanced BIM services covering both the architecture, civil, structural (ACS) and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire (MEPF) disciplines at LOD 400 and LOD 500. This included the creation of comprehensive digital models with fabrication-ready details, ensuring absolute accuracy for all building elements and systems.

Our scope involved the integration of all major structure and MEPF systems, providing construction-level detail for assemblies, enabling precise quantity take-offs, and supporting seamless coordination between trades. At LOD 500, the models reflected the facility's as-built conditions, providing a reliable resource for facility management, operation, and future adaptations.

This thorough approach empowered effective fabrication, installation, and post-construction management, driving efficiency, minimizing rework, and ensuring the Mumbai Data Centre’s successful delivery from construction through operation.
