For the iconic Rosewood Resort, our team brought the interior design vision to life through advanced BIM modelling at LOD 400 and LOD 500. The project demanded a perfect balance of precision and artistry — from detailed joinery and fixing systems to meticulous finishes and bespoke furniture modelling.

What truly set this project apart was the creation of complex GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) models that captured the traditional design language and rich cultural heritage woven into the resort’s interiors. Every curve, pattern, and texture was modelled with care to reflect the craftsmanship and authenticity envisioned by the designers.

Through this comprehensive fit-out modelling effort, we provided a fully coordinated and visually immersive digital representation that helped streamline fabrication, enhance collaboration, and preserve the soul of a culturally inspired luxury space.
