Tabuk Entertainment Complex

The Tabuk Entertainment Complex in Tabuk is a large-scale mixed-use leisure destination that brings together multiple entertainment and recreational experiences under one development. The complex features Family Entertainment Centers (FEC), AMC Cinemas, Go-Kart Arena, Golf Zone, Teen Edutainment Areas, Bowling Alley, and Black Box Venues, along with a multi-level car park and extensive infrastructure and external works.

Our team executed the complete BIM Package for the project using Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D, covering Architecture, Structure, Civil, and Fit-out disciplines. The scope included development of detailed LOD 400 3D models and comprehensive LOD 500 as-built documentation, ensuring full coordination and construction accuracy across all building systems.

With a total site area of 40,000 sqm and an execution period of 18 months, the project demonstrates our capability to handle complex, multi-facility entertainment developments through highly detailed BIM modeling, fit-out coordination, and documentation excellence.
