For the Water Treatment Plant, our team delivered full-scope BIM modelling at LOD 400 and LOD 500, supporting the detailed digital delivery of a cutting-edge industrial plant. The scope included comprehensive plant equipment modelling, intricate piping systems, modular skid assemblies, and highly coordinated structural support systems — all crafted to capture the complexity and precision required for advanced facility construction.
Leveraging industry-leading BIM tools, we developed data-rich models that allowed for in-depth clash detection, streamlined fabrication, and clear construction sequencing. The detailing extended to individual equipment layouts, meticulous pipe routing, and the integration of skids with all necessary supports, ensuring production-line accuracy and efficient on-site installation.
Our contributions enabled seamless collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and resulted in shop-drawings and models that not only visualized the project but provided essential fabrication and installation information.
